Processing Time

• Ready-to-ship items: Ship within 2–5 business days.

• Custom bowl candles: These beauties are made just for you. We pour your scent when you order, so please allow 2–3 weeks for them to be crafted, cured, and ready to glow.

Handmade takes a minute — but she’s worth it.

Once It Ships

You’ll get a tracking number as soon as your package leaves our hands. After that, delivery times are up to the carrier.

Double-Check Your Address

We ship to the address entered at checkout. If it’s incorrect, we can’t make changes once it’s on the way.

Damaged?

If something arrives broken, email us within 48 hours with photos and we’ll make it right.
