Shipping Policy

  1.  Q. What type of wax do you use ?   A.100% Soy wax
  2.  Q. Do you refill any jar/vessel?    A. No, we only refill our products.
  3.  Q. How does the refilling work? A. You bring us back the jar or bowl to the shop, we clean the jar( yes you can clean it too) and then we make you a new candle with any scent that we have available. 
  4. Q. How long does it take to get my refill back? A. On average a week but during busy season 2 weeks ( we are only open on the weekends) We will text you when your candle is ready. 
  5. Q. How much is it to refill? A. $1.75 a ounce 
  6. Q. Do you offer Private Parties A. Yes we do- please email us for info (homemadebythehays@gmail.com)
  7. Q.Do you offer on location candle making parties? A. Yes, we do.-please email( see above) to get more info 
  8. How long does it take for candle making? A. On average a hour . Dry time is approx.. 30-40 min- you can explore Crafted or grab a drink & eats at Warehouse 9 Bar next door.
